    Description

    The successful bidder will be responsible for repairing an existing 36-inch diameter sanitary sewer pipe.

    The successful bidder will also be responsible for roadway excavation, traffic control, utility coordination, and roadway restoration. The work also includes design, installation, operation and removal of temporary wastewater bypass systems and temporary construction dewatering systems.

    The work is to be completed within eighty (80) calendar days from the date of the "Notice to Proceed". 

    The project estimate range is $800,000 - $950,000 not including WA State Sales Tax. 

    Background

    The project includes installing and maintaining erosion control BMPs, roadway excavation including removal and disposal of existing pavement and unwanted or excess materials encountered during execution of the project, traffic control, utility coordination, and roadway restoration. The work also includes design, installation, operation and removal of temporary wastewater bypass systems and coordinating construction activities to ensure uninterrupted sanitary sewer service through the duration of the project. The work also includes design, permitting, construction, operation, maintenance, and removal of temporary construction dewatering systems as necessary to complete the installation of the sanitary sewer improvements.
