1.02 The Corporation invites suitably qualified firms to submit a sealed bid for the upgrade works for the sewer distribution system inclusive of the supply and installation of mains, manholes, grease traps and lift station, in accordance with this Bid Document, Contract Forms, Specifications and Drawings, under reference number wscEP.032026 RFPSMU . 1.03 Upon receipt of this Invitation to Bid, invited Bidders are requested to indicate their intent to bid via the Corporation’s e-procurement portal at wsc.procureware.com. 1.04 All Bidders are required to visit the site of the Works and attend a Pre-Bid Meeting to clarify any matters with the Bidders. The date, time and venue of the Pre-Bid meeting will be communicated to all prospective Bidders. 1.05 All Bids must be submitted on or before 4:00 pm EST on Friday, April 17, 2026, electronically via the Corporation’s e-procurement portal at wsc.procureware.com. 1.06 The Corporation reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid, and to annul the bidding process, and reject all Bids at any time prior to Award of Contract, and amend the Scope of Services prior to or during the progress of the works of Contract without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Bidder or Bidders or any obligation to inform the affected Bidder or Bidders of the grounds for the Corporation's action. 2.08 To ensure full transparency and comparability of bids, each Bidder shall submit the disclosures and supporting documents listed in this subsection: -
