The contract is to provide primary banking services to the City. This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is intended to serve as the official proposal for applications in accordance with State statute. Through this contract the City intends to minimize banking costs, improve operational efficiency, and maximize its investment earnings capabilities. This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) specifies all required qualifications, the banking services required, the estimated activity volumes on all accounts, the method and terms of compensation, submission instructions and contract award provisions. All qualified institutions with depository facilities within the City of Taylor or within ten (10) miles of City Hall are invited to submit a proposal. Proposals can only be downloaded at https://www.bidnetdirect.com/texas.
