    City of Taylor, Texas RFP # 2026-8 - Bank Depository Services Release Date: March 22, 2026 Proposal Submission Date: April 23, 2026, at 2:00PM The City of Taylor (the “City”) is requesting proposals for a three (3) year bank depository contract with two possible one (1) year extensions if approved by the City Council in accordance with state statute. The initial contract will begin July 1, 2026, terminating June 30, 2029 with possible extensions through June 30, 2031, if approved by the City Council. The contract is to provide primary banking services to the City. This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is intended to serve as the official proposal for applications in accordance with State statute. Through this contract the City intends to minimize banking costs, improve operational efficiency, and maximize its investment earnings capabilities. This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) specifies all required qualifications, the banking services required, the estimated activity volumes on all accounts, the method and terms of compensation, submission instructions and contract award provisions. All qualified institutions with depository facilities within the City of Taylor or within ten (10) miles of City Hall are invited to submit a proposal. Proposals can only be downloaded at https://www.bidnetdirect.com/texas.
