SOUTH ORANGE VILLAGE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) FOR BANKING SERVICES South Orange Village is soliciting proposals for a money management system for banking services to be implemented on or about September 1, 2026. These proposals are being solicited and will be awarded pursuant to a “fair and open process” as provided for in N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.7. A copy of the RFP may be obtained on the Village website, www.southorange.org. Proposal to be submitted no later than 4:30 pm, Thursday, July 23, 2026. Proposal should be addressed BANKING SERVICES to Ellen Malgieri, Purchasing Agent. South Orange Village reserves the right to waive informalities or irregularities in the proposal received and to reject any and/or all proposals as in its judgement may best serve the interest of the Village. The Village shall have a minimum of sixty(60) days from receipt of the proposals to either accept or reject them. The successful bidder shall be required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, c.127. Pursuant to P.L. 2004, c.57, effective September 1, 2004, the successful bidder shall also be required to comply with the provision of the new Business Registration Law.
