TheContractor shall begin work on or before the date noted in the project construction timeschedule shown below and in the General Provisions. Construction WORK HOURS will belimited between 7:00AM and 5:00PM Pacific Time, Monday to Friday unless approved by CityEngineer.BID SUBMITAL REQUIREMENTSBids must be submitted electronically via the City of Menifee’s PlanetBids bidding portal at:https://www.planetbids.com/portal/portal.cfm?CompanyID=41576 no later than 2 p.m., onJune 23, 2026.
