The installation shall be complete and shall be performed in a manner acceptableto the HSI Construction Manager and in full compliance with the terms of the Contract,including, but not limited to transportation to site, insurance, required materials not includedwith the HSI furnished BESS and associated hardware., required site construction and civil work.BESS and associated hardware to be transported to site by HSI.Unless otherwise noted, the Contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, tools, equipment, water,light, power, transportation, superintendence, temporary construction of every nature, andincidentals, and to perform all work involved in executing the Contract in a satisfactory andworkmanlike manner within the specified time.The Contractor shall review the Contract Bid Documents and create a plan to deliver keyoutputs as per Figure 1.
