The City of Hillsdale is requesting proposals for the following project(s): Baw Beese Trail Sandy Beach to Barnard Street All work shall be in accordance with the project drawings, project specifications and any applicable sections of the 2020 MDOT Standard Specifications for Construction. RFP due date/ Public Opening: Sealed proposals are due by 2:00 pm (local time) on April 28th, 2026 at the following location: Hillsdale City Hall Office of the City Clerk 97 N. Broad Street Hillsdale, MI 49242 Project Locations: Baw Beese Trail: Sandy Beach to Barnard Street Scope of Work: Baw Beese Trail is 1.43 miles of crack repair, crack sealing, and seal coat of 10ft wide Asphalt walking/bike Trail. Crack repair involves saw cutting and removing small patches of asphalt, regrading and shaping base materials and patching with HMA. Crack sealing cracks greater 1/8” in width as coordinated with City Representative, and seal coating entire surface. Broad Street, Hillsdale, Michigan 49242, at the above required time. All proposals will be date stamped and time marked upon receipt. Proposals may not be faxed or e-mailed. No proposal will be accepted after the time designated for the receipt of proposals set forth above.
