The existing fencing materials will be stacked adjacent to the fence line in a location determined by the agency and the awarded vendor.Mandatory Site Visit: A site visit will NOT be held prior to bidding. It is strongly recommended that each potential bidder inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.Length of Contract: March 15th - June 30th, 2026.Vendor must guarantee its pricing for the duration of the contract.
