Beauregard Regional Airport Box Hangar, FAA AIG No. 3-22-0015-027-2026, KSA No. 103747

The intent of the contract is to provide for construction and completion, in every detail, of the work described within the Contract Documents and Technical Specifications. It is further intended that the Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies required to complete the work in accordance with the plans, specifications, and terms of the contract.

Certain items of work include:
1. Site selective demolition as indicated.
2. Construction of one nominal single story 5,000 square foot pre-engineered metal building. Exterior walls and roof to be pre-finished corrugated metal panels. The hangar unit will have a manually operated, horizontal sliding hangar door.
3. Sitework includes new concrete apron surfaces abutting the building and new electrical.
4. Removal of debris and turning over to the Owner a complete operating facility.
5. Construction and connecting of utilities and paying of fees, permits, and inspection of services in these connections.
6. Grading (rough and finish) and earthwork related to the building foundation.
7. Top soiling, fertilizing, seeding and mulching of areas affected by construction activities.
8. Work included in paragraphs included herewith and in any section of specifications shall not in any way limit responsibility of Contractor to perform all work and furnish all materials required by the contract documents.

Project will be constructed under a single prime contract.
