THIS IS A FORMAL EVENT/REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). Non-electronic and email responses WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The response must be submitted through the SWIFT Supplier Portal no later than the date and time called for in the Event. PURPOSE. TThe purpose of this Contract is to procure six (6) bicycle lockers, with a total storage capacity of twelve (12) bicycles, for the Department of Administration. The lockers shall incorporate view-through (see-through) panels to enhance visibility and security. Panels shall be constructed of perforated metal, expanded metal, or similar durable material that provides ventilation and clear visibility into the unit while maintaining structural integrity and security. The preferred unit is the ProPark View Thru 2-Door Locker, manufactured by ProPark, or a State-approved equivalent. CONTRACT TERM: The term of this contract is anticipated to run from April, 2026 to September, 2026, with the option to extend up to an additional three (3) months in increments determined by the State.
