The existing foundations of the North and South Bay will be reinforced with new concrete foundations and frames. New RTU’s and condensing units will be installed on the roof, and existing electrical wiring will be reconfigured in the existing buildings. The buildings will undergo electrical upgrades, new plumbing for toilet and shower rooms, modifications to the existing sanitary and underground drainage, as well as new mechanical systems throughout, and site improvements as shown on the Contract Drawings and as specified herein for a complete project.
