BID 26-27 B-1782 - IT Building Roof Replacement & Science Building Roof Repair (GC)

The Information Technology Building (Building #23) located on the campus of Ocean County College needs the roof replaced. The current roof is past its useful life and is starting to deteriorate and leak. As such, the College seeks these issues to be remedied by replacing the entire roof with a new system. Furthermore, a portion of the roof at the William T. Hiering Science Building (Building #27) has a consistent leak where the roof meets a vertical brick wall section. This project will repair the roof in this section and also include an alternate #1 pricing for the installation of a new roof access ladder to accommodate maintenance staff access from the lower to the upper roof.
