    Description

    The intent of this invitation is to obtain competitive sealed bids from qualified vendors for cement stabilized reclaimed base, asphalt milling, and hot-mix asphalt placement on 30 County Roads (approximately 8.2 miles). This includes but is not limited to traffic control (including temporary striping), asphalt patching cement stabilized base reclamation (8 thick with the addition of Portland Cement), milling (2 inches), resurfacing, the placement and sanding of asphalt prime, building shoulders (including grassing) and striping placement of pavement marking. Bids will only be considered by those bidders and subcontractors currently pre-qualified with the Georgia Department of Transportation.
