Non-mandatory pre-bid meeting: 2:00 pm on Monday, June 22, 2026 at the Forsyth County Department of Water and Sewer, Kentmere LS, 3289 Glen Wallace Drive, Cumming, Georgia 30040. All work to be substantially completed within 485 calendar days from issuance of notice to proceed. All firms must be licensed in Georgia, maintain a full-time office in Georgia, and have a Registered agent in Georgia. In order to perform public work, the contractor and its Subcontractors, prior to the award of contract shall hold such licenses as required by state Statutes, and federal and local laws and regulations. No firm may withdraw their bid within 120 days of the actual date of opening. The bid opening will be at 2:30 p.m., July 2, 2026, at Forsyth County Administration Building, Liberty Training Room, Suite 1010, 2435 Freedom Parkway, Cumming, Georgia 30041, and via Microsoft Teams (visit the Forsyth County Procurement Department webpage for information).
