    The New York City Department of Citywide Administrative Services ("DCAS") is issuing a solicitation to obtain bids for a Laboratory Supplies, Consumables, Reagents, & Equipment. This will be a 5-Year Requirements Contract ("RC") for a Price List/Catalog Type Contract.
