Boulder County Building Services (BCBS), a Division of Public Works, acting as the General Contractor, is requesting Bids from qualified contractors to furnish and install new flooring finishes and wall tile for the Boulder County Community Hub located at 2525 28th St, Boulder, CO 80301. Work on site for this scope is expected to begin in the third or fourth quarter of 2026.If you wish to submit a bid that would include equipment not listed in equipment schedules or specifications, please submit a substitution request along with bid questions. A substitution request form is not required. Proposed product substitutions must still meet all requirements for quality, capacity, etc., as the listed products.
