BID-297-26 - Boulder County Fairgrounds Exhibit Roof Replacement 2026

Replace complete Metal Roof, Insulation, Skylights, Metal Flashing and Gutter / Down Spouts. Replacement Roof material will be Snap lock Standing Seam Metal Panels. Insulation will be Vapor retarder. New Soffit- to-wall around the building perimeter will be installed.If you wish to submit a bid that would include equipment not listed in equipment schedules or specifications, please submit a substitution request along with bid questions. The bidder can submit a substitution, but it must include back up from an engineering firm confirming it meets the requirements stated in the bid documents. A substitution request form is not required. Proposed product substitutions must still meet all requirements for quality, capacity, etc., as the listed products.
