RESPONSES ARE TO BE PROVIDED DIRECTLY TO SUFFOLK ONLY Project Description: This project is one (1) building within the student housing program at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. This residential student housing building contains approximately 480 beds (student and resident advisors), one (1) Coordinator of Student Development (CSD) apartment, and associated student amenity spaces. The building is a type I-B, and will be built using factory-assembled steel modules at levels 2-7 with site-built foundation, podium, and stair/elevator cores.
