INVITATION TO BID TOWN OF WILBRAHAM WILBRAHAM SEWER PIPE LINING SERVICES The Town of Wilbraham invites sealed bids for the contract entitled "WILBRAHAM SEWER PIPE LINING SERVICES" until 1:00 PM on Friday April 24, 2026 at the Engineering Department, Town Office Building, 240 Springfield Street, Wilbraham, MA 01095 where they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope plainly and legibly entitled "WILBRAHAM SEWER PIPE LINING SERVICES". The project consists of the installation of approximately 142 linear feet of Cured-In-Place-Pipe (CIPP) lining of 8-inch asbestos concrete (AC) gravity sewer pipe. Bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in the amount of 5% of the bid price. The bid deposit must be in the form of a Bid Bond, a Certified Check, or a Treasurer's or Cashier's Check issued by a responsible Bank or Trust Company having office in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The Bid Deposit shall be made payable to the Town of Wilbraham. Prevailing State Minimum Wage Rates must be complied with as per MGL Ch 149 section 26-27d. These wage rates are contained within the contract documents. Bidders must provide with their bid a signed "Contractors Certification" found in the Invitation to Bid, which certifies Labor and Harmony, OSHA training, Non-Collusion, Non-Discrimination and Tax Certifications. The Invitation to Bid documents will be available beginning on Wednesday April 8, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. via email to Tonya Capparello at DPW@wilbraham-ma.gov. The lowest qualified responsible bidder shall be awarded the contract.
