Scope of Work of the Contract includes:

 Water and Sewer

• Approximately 196 LF of 8-Inch PVC AWWA C-900 (DR-14) Water Line and Appurtenances
• Approximately 498 LF of 12-Inch PVC AWWA C-900 (DR-14) Water Line and Appurtenances
• Approximately 1170 LF of 8-Inch SDR-35 PVC Sewer Line and Appurtenances
• Approximately 40 LF of 8-Inch SDR-35 PVC w/ CSS Backfill
• Water and Sewer Services serving 6 Lots

 Paving

• Approximately 436 Square Yards of 6-Inch Reinforced 4,000 PSI Concrete Pavement w/ 6-Inch Monolithic Curb (Lift Station)
• Approximately 492 Square Yards of 6-Inch Lime Stabilized Subgrade (Lift Station)
• Approximately 12.5 Linear Foot Sawtooth Curb (Lift Station)
• Approximately 19.3 Square Yards of 12” Thick Dry Rock Rip-Rap w/ 6” Thick Bedding (Lift Station)
• Approximately 2,949 Square Yards of 6-Inch Reinforced 4,000 PSI Concrete Pavement w/ 6-Inch Monolithic Curb (Office Park)
• Approximately 3,117 Square Yards of 6-Inch Lime Stabilized Subgrade (Office Park)
• Sidewalks and Barrier-Free Ramps (Office Park)
• Street Signs and Barricades (Office Park)

 Earthwork & SWPP

• Approximately 0.18 AC Site Preparation (Lift Station)
• Approximately 51 CY of Excavation (Lift Station)
• Approximately 3.5 AC Site Preparation (Office Park)
• Approximately 2544 CY of Excavation (Office Park)

 The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or minor defects.  In case of the lack of clarity or ambiguity in prices, the Owner reserves the right to accept the most advantageous or reject the bid.  All bids received after the closing time designated above will be returned unopened.

 The requirements of Subchapter J, Chapter 552, Government Code, may apply to this Bid and/or Contract and the Contractor agrees that the Contract can be terminated if the Contractor knowingly or intentionally fails to comply with a requirement of that subchapter.
