Questions during the RFP period must be submitted, in writing, to the Procurement Department Procurement@alcosan.org. The Allegheny County Sanitary Authority (ALCOSAN) is soliciting Letters of Interest and Proposals from service providers interested in the referenced services. ALCOSAN intends to award the services to one service provider to perform all the services. Submittals must be received no later than 2:00 p.m. (EST), Tuesday, August 25, 2026. It is the Service Provider’s responsibility to ensure the documents have been received. Late submittals will not be considered.
