The project consists of the demolition of an existing approx. thirty (30) foot tall metal coal tipple structure and associated onsite concrete structures. The metal from the coal tipple shall be processed onsite and left for the landowner and concrete structures shall be buried on site. Additionally, an existing concrete mine portal shall be closed off by the installation of a metal bat gate structure. Once work is completed on the site, the work limits shall be restored, fertilized, seeded and mulched. Additional work includes clearing and grubbing of the work limits, installation of a stoned laydown pad, installation of stone on the access road as needed and surveying.
