This ITB is being issued to secure a General Contractor to purchase and install the required materials as detailed in the bid specifications and Project Manual for the replacement of the Blount County, TN Health Department Storefront. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supplies and shall perform all Work necessary for the completion of the bid's specifications. (See the Project Manual in the "Attachments" tab for detail). All Bidders must be licensed contractors with the State of Tennessee as required by the Contractors Licensing Act of 1994 and related amendments thereto, with all bid submittals conforming with the State of Tennessee requirements. BID DOWNLOAD INSTRUCTIONS: To download or print a hard copy of the online bid for this project, go to our IonWave site and click on "Current Bids" (without registering or logging in). The bid download is located under the “Bid Documents” header at the blue “Bid Invitation” link, for Bidders who choose to submit a manual bid. This document will include blue "Download" links to all bid attachments. All required attachments must be completed and submitted, all response requirements must be included in the manual bid, and all attributes, and bid forms/line items must be completed. Please contact our office if you are unable to locate the Bid Invitation download. Bidders are still advised to register in our system in order to receive Addenda and Q&A. The Bid Invitation and all Bid Attachments may be obtained through Blount County's online bidding system at https://blounttn.ionwave.net/login.aspx. If not currently registered with Blount County, vendors are encouraged to register under the Supplier Registration tab and submit their response through the online bidding system at this same link. Submission Options: Electronic OR Manual bids. Electronic Bid Submissions. Registered Vendors have the ability to submit their bids in the Online Bidding system. Each tab in the system notifies vendors of information or requests information to be completed. Once a vendor's information is submitted in the system, a copy of the full submission may be printed for your files. One piece of advice to Bidders submitting their response within the system. If submitting electronically, the system does not allow entries beyond the Response Deadline Date/Time. Please complete as much documentation as possible EARLY in the process. Once the bid is opened to Vendors, you may begin purring informatio into the system. Manual (hard copy) bid responses are also acceptable. If submitting a hard copy bid response, it shall be submitted at Blount County Purchasing, 385 Court St., Blount County Courthouse Room 319, Maryville, TN 37804 in a sealed envelope with the Bid Cover on the outside. Bid responses, whether electronic or manual (hard copy) submissions, must contain all required information and documentation including, but not limited to, Response Attachments, Bid Attributes, and Bid Lines and be submitted no later than the Response Deadline. Bid responses are not accepted via email or facsimile.
