Key requirements are: Attorneys must be licensed to practice in New York State and be in good standing Must have demonstrated experience in seller-side real estate transactions and resolving curable title and probate issues. Capacity to serve property owners in our initial target areas, Suffolk and/or Broome Counties, as well as counties throughout the state. Respondents must maintain legal malpractice insurance and have a robust conflicts- check process . Must complete a Vendor Responsibility Checklist and NYS Vendor Questionnaire.
