Documentation: Preparation of certified survey plats signed and sealed by a New York State licensed surveyor. Site Inspections: Physical inspections to identify encroachments, easements, rights-of-way, and utilities. MWBE/SDVOB Participation: Respondents are encouraged to use certified MWBEs, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses (SDVOBs), and New York State subcontractors and suppliers where feasible.
