Bids are due April 8, 2026 at 3:00 P.M. Eastern Time. Bids will be opened electronically and responding bids will immediately be posted to Bid Express as “Apparent Bids.” The responding bids will be further reviewed before any contract award is made. No public bid openings will be held pursuant to Columbus City Code Chapter 329.18. SPECIFICATIONS Drawings and technical specifications are available as separate documents at www.bidexpress.com. Drawings and technical specifications are contract documents.
