The Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Section, on behalf of the Wyoming Department of Health, Wyoming Retirement Center (Procuring Agency), will receive bids until 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on May 12, 2026, through the Public Purchase online bidding system for the Boiler Plant Replacements located at the Skilled Nursing Facility's boiler plant, located in Basin, WY. Project Description: This project will consist of replacement of two boilers and associated components in the Skilled Nursing Facility’s boiler plant. It will also include replacement of the boiler system at the Superintendent Residence. The complete set of bid documents and specifications can be downloaded from: https://www.publicpurchase.com/gems/wyoconstruction,wy/buyer/public/home. Companies wishing to download plans must have a publicpurchase.com account. Only bids submitted through the Public Purchase site and on State of Wyoming forms will be considered. It is the bidder’s responsibility to review, through Public Purchase at www.publicpurchase.com for answers to questions, addenda, or bid tabulations. Telephone calls, emails, or faxes may not be accepted. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. MT on Tuesday, April 28, 2026 starting at Wyoming Retirement Center Basement Training Room, 890 US Hwy 20 South, Basin, WY 82410. Bidding questions and substitution requests shall be submitted on the Public Purchase website by 3:00 MT on April 30, 2026. All questions and substitution requests will be answered and provided to all prospective bidders via answers on the Public Purchase website or in the form of a written addendum posted on Public Purchase by 3:00 p.m. MT on May 4, 2026. Questions received after 3:00 p.m. on April 30, 2026, will not be addressed. It is the Contractor's responsibility (not required) to add their company to the Plan Holders and Contractors List. If a bid is greater than $150,000, each bid is required to have a bid deposit in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the total bid, which shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check (a copy of a check will not be accepted) drawn on a reliable bank and made payable to the State of Wyoming (no personal checks will be accepted), or an electronic bid bond with Surety 2000. ONLY if you are submitting an original 10% bid bond or submitting a 10% cashier check, it MUST be received in the Procurement Office at: Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Office, 700 West 21st Street, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82002, by 1:00 p.m. May 12, 2026. A COPY OF THE 10% CASHIER CHECK WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. If you are using Surety 2000, you will need to upload with your bid response documents a copy of the Surety 2000 document. Note: All bids must be signed and uploaded completely through the Public Purchase online bidding system no later than the 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on the due date indicated in the document.
