Equivalency must be demonstrated by providing clinical and operational documentation of the equivalency of the proposed system or device as well as free demonstration and trial. This procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law §139 j&k, AKA the Lobbying Law. Therefore, vendors are cautioned that the only permissible contact for this procurement is the individual listed below. Failure to comply with this requirement can range from no contact to debarment from sales to any NYS Agency.
