Boones Millâs long-term goal is to help spur economic revitalization and growth within the town, and to increase the village community atmosphere of the downtown area. This goal will be addressed through the development and implementation of the Economic Restructuring Plan, a Preliminary Engineering Report of a vacant parcel for public parking, and Prioritization Improvement Plan for the town.The Project Director and point of contact for this contract is B.T.
