The signage will improve wayfinding and trail safety by helping users remain on designated paths, while also providing interpretive content that highlights the Reserve’s natural resources and regional history. RivCoParks is seeking proposals from experienced contractors to design, fabricate, and deliver a cohesive trail signage program for Box Springs Mountain Reserve. The program will consist of approximately 72 signs, with the potential for additional signage as needed. Sign types may include trailhead kiosks, wayfinding signs, safety/rule signs, and interpretive sign panels along three primary trails and two connector routes within the reserve. The signage program should enhance visitor safety, improve navigation, and communicate the natural and cultural significance of the reserve.
