    INTENT. The Judicial Branch of Arizona in Maricopa County (Branch/Court) is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms with demonstrated experirence in designing comprehensive signage and wayfinding systems for public facilities. The purpose of this RFP (Request for Proposals) is to procure consultant services to plan, design, and develop a unified family of directional, identification, and informational signs throughout all Court and Probation facilities. The Branch will provide a complete listing of building locations. INSTRUCTIONS TO RESPONDENTS (Please note that this Section does not become part of any resultant contract): Respondents are solely responsible for submitting bids, and any modifications or withdrawals to be submitted electronically via Bidnetdirect.com. Paper responses will not be accepted. Any proposal, modification, or withdrawal received after the designated time is "late" and will be rejected and not evaluated. SCHEDULE OF EVENTS: Request for Proposals (RFP) issued: June 3, 2026 Written (Electronic) questions to solicitation due: June 23, 2026. All questions and answers shall be posted to Bidnetdirect.com under the Q&A tab for this solicitation and must be received by the close of business, 5:00 p.m., Arizona time.
