A: Details of the preferred qualifications and capabilities are included in the RFQ document attached at the bottom of this solicitation notice. Q: I did not see quantities for the items you are looking for. Please let me know your quantity requirement. Thank you, Michael Clark A: Apologies for the delayed reply. Pre-qualification does not guarantee an order from Access but rather pre-qualifies companies to submit quotes on future requests for branded promotional products. The Request for Quotes (RFQ) will include specific job requirements (e.g., item description, colors, size, quantity, delivery requirement, etc.) in a tailored scope of work. In response to an RFQ, pre-qualified vendors will submit their response in the requested format. Q: We see that the timeframe for the RFQ is 2021-2025. Does this mean you would only seek bids from selected companies for 2 years, at which point you may or may not submit a new RFQ? A: This is an open and ongoing RFQ and interested parties may submit Statements of Qualifications at any time. SOQs shall be reviewed on a quarterly basis (March, June, September and December) or more frequently as Access deems necessary. This RFQ may be closed without prior notice. A: This RFQ may also be extended as Access deems necessary. Q: Are you able to provide an average spend per order? Are you able to provide an average order amount for a selected vendor per year? What is your average spend/year on promotional items received from qualified vendors? We want to get a sense of for a selected vendor per year? We want to get a sense of how much the opportunity could be worth to us, realizing that a) there is no guarantee of business even if added to the vendor list; b) awards per order are based on pricing, availability, and other criteria; c) you have the right to accept bids from any qualified vendor on or not on your qualified vendor list. A: Requests for quotes are issued as required, depending on the need. Average orders (3 orders) over the 12 months ranged between $4,000-$15,000, however, this is not a guarantee of the quantity or dollar amount of future orders. Q: By submitting an SOQ, are we bound to your T&Cs or are those negotiable? A: Please contact Kimberlie Nimori at Access Services to discuss this matter in more detail. Q: Would it be an automatic disqualification if we cannot agree to attachment C2? Happy to provide a statement as to why. A: Attachment C2 refers to Access Services' Other Diverse Business Participation Provisions. Please contact Kimberlie Nimori at Access Services to discuss this matter in more detail. Q: By submitting an SOQ, are we bound to your PO T&Cs or are you open to redlines on those? A: Please refer to the previous question. Q: We are located in Ft. Worth, Tx. Are we qualified for this list? A: Details of the preferred qualifications and capabilities are included in the RFQ document attached at the bottom of this solicitation notice.
