Breast Implants,Tissue Expanders and Related Products State University of New York (SUNY) SUNY Stony Brook University Hospital PP-OR-2637 Stony Brook University Hospital intends to purchase Breast Implants, Tissue Expanders and related items manufactured by AbbVie US,LLC from a contract awarded pursuant to their authority under section 163(3)(vi), which authorizes the purchase of commodities from a consortium or comparable entity in lieu of using a centralized contract and without a formal competitive process when justified by price. Concurrent with GPO contract period 02/01/2026-01/31/2029, in the event that contract #PP-OR-2637 is extended/renewed, SUNY Stony Brook reserves the right to extend/renew the resulting agreement for the same term. Vendors who sell the equivalent items/products may, if interested, contact the Officer listed below to discuss the procurement. This procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law §139 j&k, AKA the Lobbying Law. Therefore, vendors are cautioned that the only permissible contact for this procurement is the individual listed below. Failure to comply with this requirement can range from no contract to debarment from sales to any NYS Agency.
