    The City of Beaverton (City) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms for professional services to assist with the implementation of its FY25 US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Brownfields Community‑Wide Assessment Grant (Grant). The Grant supports the assessment and planning for the reuse of citywide properties —prioritizing Downtown Beaverton, Allen Boulevard, and the West Five Employment District. The project includes collaborating with the City to implement the activities of the City’s cooperative agreement, engaging the community to identify and prioritize sites, conducting site assessments and characterizations and preparing plans for cleanup-up and re-use.
