The required specifications are listed in Appendix D of the Contract Boilerplate. (BP) Interested Vendors should review the Contract Boilerplate and IFB document for further information. Bids must be submitted using the attached excel sheet “IFB 25-109 - C202866 - Buffalo Ele. – BQS”. There is a Mandatory Site Visit on Thursday, March 5th , 2026 at 10:00 AM ET at 400 Forest Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14213. Questions regarding this solicitation are due per the instructions in the IFB by 3:00 PM ET Tuesday, March 17th , 2026. Questions will be accumulated by OMH, and responses will be sent to potential bidders on Friday, March 20th , 2026. The Q&A will also be posted to the contract reporter. Bids are due no later than 3:00PM ET on Friday, March 27th , 2026. No late bids will be accepted. Please check the Contract Reporter website frequently for updates.
