    Description

New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation (OPRHP) is accepting bids for a Contractor to ensure operability of the new splash pad and fountain at Buffalo Harbor State Park. While the day-to-day operations will be handled by OPRHP, because this is a highly complex and specialized system, there is a need for on-call support for more substantial and challenging issues which will arise. It is critical that the park operation staff have direct access to technical support throughout the operating season, including seasonal start-up and winterization. The IFB Package can be located and downloaded from OPRHP's Procurement Opportunities page at the following link: https://parks.ny.gov/procurement All updates to the IFB including responses to the questions and answers, amendments, etc., will be posted on the Procurement Opportunities page and emailed to the bidders list. Please contact the designated contacts if you would like to be added to the bidders list. For this procurement, OPRHP request that Good Faith Efforts are taken to include MWBE vendors where there is subcontracting availability. These efforts should be documents as, if asked, you must be able to produce a record of the actions taken to include MWBE vendors. Business enterprises awarded an identical or substantially similar procurement contract within the past five years: None
