    Binghamton University is seeking to purchase a property in the Town of Vestal to utilize as the bus garage for our on student run bus transportation services. Preference will be given for property that meet the following criteria: within 3 miles of campus, zoning compatibility with intended use; availability of all municipal infrastructure including water, storm, sanitary sewer, and utilities including gas, electric and internet; A Gross Building Area (GBA) of approximately 30.000 square feet; ability of seller to complete/close the purchase transaction within a timeline that allows Binghamton University to take ownership and control of the property on or about January 1st, 2026 or upon approval by the NYS Comptroller. Interested parties should contact the individual(s) included in this notice. This procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law (“SFL”) §§139-j & -k, also known as the Lobbying Law, therefore, vendors are cautioned that only permissible contact for this procurement is the individual(s) listed below. Contacting any other individuals at SUNY Cortland in connection with this advertisement may constitute a violation of SFL. Failure to comply with this requirement can range from no contract award to debarment from sales to any NYS agency.
