    Description

    State Project No. 26107 This project has a Targeted Group (TG), Economically Disadvantaged (ED), Veteran Owned (VO) preference and a 5% TGB subcontracting goal established. The work will be done under one prime contract that includes: General, Architectural, Civil, and Miscellaneous construction. SUMMARY OF WORK The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1. Remove and replace existing roadway and sidewalk pavements as well as other sire elements to allow for construction of improvements. 2. Construct a roof gutter system with downspouts to direct roof drainage to the storm sewer system. 3. Clean and make repairs to exterior masonry walls damaged by water. 4. New storm sewer manholes and pipe to collect drainage from building roofs and adjacent street. 5. New concrete curb and gutter, concrete roadway pavement, concrete sidewalks, and bituminous roadway pavement to reconstruct adjacent street. 6. Refer to drawings and specifications for full scope of work.
