    Canyons School District (CSD) as the contract managing agency for the Utah Cooperative for Acquiring Resources Efficiently (UCARE) organization is seeking information and samples for a blind side by side taste test to be conducted in February of 2026 by the UCARE group. The UCARE group is currently a group of 23 school districts in the State of Utah. The buns sent in for sampling must meet the current child nutrition requirements set by the USDA and count as a minimum of 2(two) grain. Please upload a fact sheet for each sample sent in and have the sample clearly marked with content or fact sheet enclosed in or on the case. Samples are to be shipped to the following address by February 9, 2026: Canyons School District Administration Building Nutrition Services - Attn: Sebasthian Varas 9361 South 300 East Sandy, Utah 84070 The side by side tests will qualify those suppliers who are approved to submit pricing information to Sysco for the UCARE cooperative for the 2026-2027 fiscal year beginning July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027.
