The State University of New York at Fredonia (“SUNY Fredonia”, herein after referred to as “SUNY or University”) is seeking sealed Bids for IFB # PROC2026-02 - Bus Transportation for SUNY Fredonia Intercollegiate Athletics until 2:00PM Local Time on June 18, 2026 in the University Services Office, 4th Floor Maytum Hall, Room 403, Fredonia, NY 14063 and such bids will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately thereafter. This procurement is for bus transportation for SUNY Fredonia’s student athletes for the academic years 2026-2027, 2027-2028, 2028-2029. It is SUNY Fredonia’s desire to have a single, safe reliable bus transportation company to provide comfortable and dependable transportation for our SUNY Fredonia Blue Devil student athletes. This pricing will be used by the SUNY Athletic Department and will provide the benefit of having pre-established prices with pre-determined bus companies for specific bus trips. There is no guarantee that any or all of the bus trips will occur. There is no minimum guaranteed amount of business that a bus company will receive from SUNY Fredonia as a result of this IFB. In accordance with the requirements of New York State Finance Law Sections 139j & 139k (“Lobbying Law”), the restricted period for this procurement is now in effect.
