In compliance with the Procurement Lobbying Act signed into law by Governor Pataki in August 2005, and effective January 1, 2006, permissible contact by an Offerer/Bidder in relation to any specific procurement in excess of $15,000 should be made only with authorized personnel of SUNY New Paltz who are designated as the contact person(s).
