The Project is located at the southwesterly corner of the intersection of Maple Avenue and Seymour Avenue comprising of APNs 825-06-034, 035, 036, 037, 038, 039, 040, 041, 042, and 043 Morgan Hill, CA 95037, and is described as follows: • Realign Butterfield Channel; • Construct new sediment capture basin; • Install new trash capture devices; • Construct new access ramp; • Excavate basin approximately two feet and dispose of excess soil; • Construct new weir wall approximately 2.50 feet tall; and • Any incidental work related to the above work Time for Final Completion. The Project must be fully completed within 110 calendar days from the start date set forth in the Notice to Proceed. City anticipates that the Work will begin on or about June 1, 2026, but the anticipated start date is provided solely for convenience and is neither certain nor binding. Estimated Cost. The estimated construction cost is $3,028,200.
