Noticing shall include, but is not limited to:i. Notice of Completion1. Provided to the State Clearing House along with 15 copies of the EIR.ii. Notice of Intent to Adopt the Environmental Impact Report1. Delivered to the County Clerk for recording on the “start date” of the public review period and provide original recorded stamped copy to the City.2. Ad placed in the local newspaper, San Diego Union Tribuneiii. Distribution of draft environmental document or NOI using a distribution list provided by City staff.iv. Distribution of draft environmental document or NOI to any required radius mailing.v. Notice of determination filed with the County Clerk for recording.G.
