A new Solicitation Amendment has been issued creating a new Round in APP, BPM007306 Certified Paper Stock and Warehousing for Birth and Death Certificates is revised to reflect this, BPM007306 – Lot 1, Round 3. 2. The Solicitation Requirements have been revised and replaced with the following: 2.1. The Solicitation Due Date/Time has been extended to Thursday, April 9, 2026. 2.2.
