The Bonnyville & District Centennial Centre reserves the right to accept a proposal other than that with the lowest price or highest evaluated score without stating reasons. By submitting a proposal, the Proponents waive any right to contest in any proceedings or action the right of the Bonnyville & District Centennial Centre to accept or reject any proposal in its sole and unfettered discretion. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Bonnyville & District Centennial Centre may consider any other factors besides price and capability to perform the work in its sole and unfettered discretion.
