Questions & Answers (Q & A) period: All discrepancies, omissions, ambiguities, or conflicts in or among the contract documents or doubts as to meaning shall be brought to the State's attention by emailing your questions directly to monterey.contractbids@parks.ca.gov NO LATER THAN 2:00 p.m., seven (7) calendar days prior to bid opening. Answers will be provided by an Addendum, which will be posted within the Bid Solicitation located on the Caleprocure website. It is the responsibility of the bidder to download any addenda/addendum as needed.
