Interested firms are invited to submit an SOQ demonstrating their experience, technical expertise, project approach, key personnel, and past performance on comparable assignments. Submittals should clearly outline the firm¿s capabilities and capacity to perform environmental services in accordance with the detailed Statement of Work.
