This is a Master Agreement in which the Contractor shall perform Cable Television (CATV) System Infrastructure Services. Upon request by the CDCR Contract Liaison or designee, the Contractor shall provide all preventative maintenance, inspection, repair, testing, and certification services for CDCR equipment specified on Exhibit A-1, Equipment List. Services performed will be paid at the applicable rate(s), as specified in Exhibit B-1, Rate Sheet.
