    Description

    This is a Master Agreement in which the Contractor shall perform High Voltage Equipment Maintenance and Repair Service. The Contractor will be compensated for services performed in accordance with the rates specified on the Exhibit B-1, Rate Sheet which shall include all labor, personnel, transportation (including travel, per diem, fuel, and mileage), materials, supplies, tools, any necessary equipment, permits, licenses, taxes, fees, shipping/freight charges, and every other item of expense necessary (unless otherwise specified herein) to provide all services identified herein for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) locations identified on Exhibit E, List of Participating Locations. The Contractor shall provide all maintenance, inspection, calibration, continuous load recording as requested, testing and repairs of all equipment specified in Exhibit A-1, Equipment List, and in accordance with provisions stated in the California Code of Regulation (CCR), Title 8, Electrical Safety Orders; the National Electrical Code, (NEC) governing medium and high voltage applications; the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 70E; the California Code of Regulation, Title 24, Part 3; the California General Order 95 (GO-95); American National Standards Institute (ANSI) C57.12.90; American Society of Testing Materials (ASTM) D-3612, D-1533-B, D-974, and D-877; International Electrical Testing Association ¿ Electrical Power Distribution and Systems; appropriate manufacturer¿s specifications as well as all applicable technical bulletins, rules and regulations that may not be listed above.  The Contractor shall guarantee both labor and material on all services/work provided as specified in the Guarantee section herein.
