    Description

    The purpose of this Bid is to establish a contract for the purchase and delivery of cafeteria paper products, contact and non-contact food items, and custodial kitchen supplies for the School Board of St. Johns County, Florida (hereinafter referred to as “School Board” or “SCJSD”) on an as needed basis. The Bidder will be responsible for meeting all specifications as outlined herein and on the Bid Sheet. Failure to comply with these requirements may be cause for Bid rejection or termination of award.The successful Bidder is responsible for supplying at its own expense, all supervision, labor, equipment, machines, tools, materials, transportation, incidentals, and related items necessary to complete the work in accordance with this Bid. Work shall be performed by qualified and trained service personnel.
